Problem with progression level meter

After reaching level 99 & completing a gold bingo card, the progression level meter has stopped moving & does not show any progress being made at all. Please help. Thanks. Dom

NO LEVEL UP!

I am currently on Level 42 and my level meter has been full for the last 10 games without any progression. Is there a problem on the site with this?

Level Progression

At level 8 we give you a Perk. At level 9 we give you new Scorestreak.

At level 10, we start to settle into a pattern. Their are exceptions, but the pattern is generally like this. At every major rank change, which is every 3 levels, we give you a gun and usually "something else" as a bonus for reaching a major rank change.

In general, it goes like this.

Level 10 - Weapon + Something Else

Level 11 - Equipment (either lethal or tatical).

Level 12 - Scorestreak

This pattern then repeats through all 55 levels with some minor statstical variations or bonuses when they make sense and because they math can't be perfect.

The progress meter slows down with each successive level. Also, by level 55, many of your favorite skill areas have maxed out at 100 and will no longer yield any promotions. Since you need promotions to advance in level, you need to abandon your old favorite
skills and develop the skills you have been ignoring. Check your level-up trees.

the biggest problem with this achievement is that it does not have a progress meter, so if there is any way possible for you guys to just give me the achievement that would be great.
