Problem with preorder punchcard

I preordered 3 of the required games to get the 15,000 points but only 2 games registered. I think the problem was because i preordered skyrim 12 hours before it came out but it still says preordered. can someone please help me so i can get the points i've
earned.

Preorder punchcard challenge

The demand preorder punchcard is running from 1 october till 31 december. The games you can preorder now only go as far as 17 november (The Sims 4) . Do games released after 17 november still count for your punchcard challenge?

(e.g. I preorder 2 games now (from list till 17 november) and preorder a game later, that is not at the current list (but releases before 31 december) , does that count for 3 games on my punchcard?)

I never received my rewards for the preorder punchcard. The 3 games showed up as preordered on the punchcard but no points.

For this offer, only pre-orders during the offer period are eligible for punches. Therefore, only your purchases of Dead Rising and Skyrim were eligible, and received punches.

VIP and the punchcard are two separate then. In order to qualify for the punchcard, the games have to be preordered during the offer period. Anything preordered before October 1 would not be eligible.
