    Problem with playing multiplayer on pvz gw2


    Whenever i try to play pvz gw2 multiplayer, and go to the multiplayer portal it says that me or a person in my group does not have the correct permissions to play multiplayer. I have reinstalled the game, checked my internet, and i'm on the correct region. I have even watched videos but nothing seems to work. I don't know why this issue is occurring. Please find a solution.
