Problem with playing Football Manager 2023 after downloading the game

Alright. Kindly also launch the Microsoft store app and sign-in with the account that has game pass or entitlement. At the upper right corner of the screen click the ellipses button (…) and select Settings then scroll to Offline Permissions and toggle it to On.

Kindly try the steps above. If it persists, delete all files in C:\Users\User_name\AppData\Local\Packages \Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalCache, and then reboot your pc.

This will only rescan all your downloaded files in just a few minutes.

I will try to reinstall the game then do the following steps.

The problem may be in the fact that i have my game on a different Microsoft account compared to the one that i have my PC logged onto as i did the followinf step with cmd i was relogged into the account which my PC is logged into on Microsoft store. I tried creating new administrator on the account that i have the game on but it didnt work there aswell.

Press Control + Alt + Delete.

Choose Task Manager.

Check if the game is showing.

Click End task.

If not, press the Win + R key to open the Run dialog.

Type cmd and click OK to open Command Prompt.

In the Command Prompt window, type the following command and hit Enter to execute:

WSReset.exe

Then try the game again.
