    When I have started noticing and experiencing this issue with the 2019 movies app I have tried restarting my console and that didn’t fix the issue. so then I tried unplugging my modem then plugging the modem back in and waited for all the lights to show up on the modem then. I went to launch the 2019 movies app latest version of the app and when I went to try to watch several movies I still just keep getting a spinning white circle showing me that it was trying to buffer any movie I tried to watch. so then I thaught I wasn’t getting a fast internet speed so then I did a speed test for my internet i got 120MBPS down load speed when I picked any movie to watch before today I didn’t run into any issues. could the team please look into this issue or Brad Rossetti could you look into this issue I’m experiencing thanks it’s starting to effect my enjoyment of using my console.

    If you are using the latest version of Windows 10 (may 2019 1903 update), you right click the Xbox app/Console companion and select uninstall. Earlier versions of Windows 10 will not let you uninstall the app.

    The problem started right after the latest version of the youtube app came out. The lockup did not start ultil the youtube update and does not occur when not using youtube.

    You'll be able to use the Video app on your Surface. Make sure you're signed into the app with the same account that you used to purchased the movie. Also, it's good to make sure you're using the latest version of the app, there was an update released

    Make sure you're using the latest version of the app. Go to My Movies, locate the movie, swipe up and select Delete. Then press download. If you can't find the movie in My Movies, search for it, then press download.
