    Problem with purchasing with PayPal

    Greetings, Vustom! It looks like you're having some trouble using PayPal. First off, have you had a chance to read through this sticky:

    forums.xbox.com/.../153161.aspx     ? I'd recommend double checking all of the criteria mentioned on that page. Try that and let me know if the problem persists! PROBLEM WITH PAYPAL :)

    Problem with purchasing with PayPal

    I'm trying to buy Microsoft points on Xbox.com using PayPal, my PayPal account has a debit card on it with more then enough money to purchase the content but I get this error; Your payment instrument could not be authorized. Please contact your provider,
    or try a different payment option.

    Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Have you tried purchasing the points both on your console and on this website (See the top right corner and click "add points" to do it on this website)



    Also, have you tried clearing the system cache? See here:
    support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

    Do that and then restart your console.



    If that does not work try taking the paypal account off and then back onto the account.
