    Have you been able to sign on to your console or is this the first time you are signing in? Ensure that the MSA that is tied to your Gamertag is the one you are using to connect on your console. Can you provide us the actual error message?

    your password to microsoft1 and their you go. but remember it could take up to 48 hours to update so be patient. i hope this helped!!!! And remember never give out your windows live ID, email, password, or all of the above.

    I don't remember, but I fixed it anyway. Apparently, if you change your password from your Xbox, it doesn't check if you have already used it.
