    Problem with order


    Hi,

    I order card expansion to xbox series x. I never receive the order. I cancel order. I receive ups label to send back order. I cannot do this because i never receive order. No one on call center can’t help me. What should I do get my money back?

    80$ is not enough microsoft charge taxes based on your payment and billing address so you have around 85$ in account to complete the purchase

    Yes. Same for me. We downloaded the preorder and waited for the launch. It’s only now, at the launch, do I get any indication that the order was cancelled! My boy had his heart set on the preorder goodies. Yesterday morning it was still showing up in “My games and Apps” but now it is gone.

    3. Select the following drop-down menu options in the following order:

    What's the issue? -XXXXXXXXX

    4. The third box will ask you to describe your issue then select the "Next" button.

    5. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.

    6. On the final window, you will be presented with multiple options. We suggest selecting either the "Chat online" or the "Request a call" options to speak with someone. Be sure to provide as much detail as possible.

    here     as they are the only ones with access to all your account & billing info & should be able to see whats going on.
