    Problem with opting-out


    Hi.

    I have a problem with my account. My deposits aren't going through.

    You advised me to opt-out out of the program and then register again - you stated that there is a problem with my region.

    I did, as you advised - I opted out of the program, but after a week nothing happend. Join date still displays some date and not "???" as it should be.

    Could you assist me?

    Opting out of Xbox rewards.

    Hello,

    Opting-out will work under the same process that our deposits of currency currently work. In our program, pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end
    of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page. For example, if you chose to opt out in
    the beginning of April, your Credits/Gems would be pending in the first half of the month, and be a part of the end of month deposit cycle.

    We see that you are still registered into our program. Since Poland - your Microsoft Account region - is not a Rewards eligible region, the only way to solve your deposit issue is to change your Microsoft Account region to the US from the commerce page at
    (Sign in to your Microsoft account) to match your US Rewards Account.

    You should receive your deposit by the time your region is fully transitioned over to Microsoft Rewards. While we are attempting to get the deposit at an earlier date, at the current time we cannot confirm a date earlier than the final transition date. When
    this deposit occurs, it should be labeled similarly to your other Xbox Live Rewards deposits on your commerce page (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), as a refund with a negative amount.

    i did unenroll from the beta before uninstalling and reinstalling, but i checked back and i guess i wasn't unenrolled or something, so i unenrolled again and i'm waiting 30 mins before uninstalling and reinstalling just to make sure it works

    Even after you opt out of the insider program for the app, it can take a while for that registration to clear. And on some updates, I can't speak to why/which ones, but they will prevent you from truly being off the Insider version until the production
    version is at the version you had installed.

    I'd recommend checking the app to make sure it says your enrollment isn't listed as "(pending)", and then you can try @NeoDan123's recommendation of uninstalling the app after unenrolling, and then reinstalling from the store. See if that sorts it out for
    you.
