    Problem with OneDrive


    I have previously upload game screenshots from my XBox One S with no problems, but yesterday when I attempted, I continually receive an error message, "Sorry, we had a problem with this. Please try again later" [sic]. I receive same message with all screenshots,
    including those that I have previously uploaded. My XBox One is updated and have plenty of space to upload.

    Problem with OneDrive screenshot upload

    I used to be able to upload screenshot on my Xbox One with no problems but now it'll tell me it'll upload in a few minutes and it never will. I have 29gb free on one drive so I'm confused as to why it won't upload

    Hey Grizz,

    I get this problem a lot with OneDrive as well. Instead of hitting "Upload to OneDrive", press Share>OneDrive. This usually works more for some reason.

    Try it on a Windows 10 PC instead, or directly to OneDrive from the console. If that works, it's probably an issue with your phone/the app. If it doesn't, there's a likely problem with either your Xbox or OneDrive account.
