    Problem with one specific friend


    I have a friend who I cannot add.

    He has issues with other players being muted including me. We can be in the same party and he can hear everyone but one person.

    Not sure what the issue is but please reset it or something.

    Note:

    I am PC. He is Xbox.

    His gamer tag is COOLATRON

    Cannot do anything with one friend

    I am having this problem as well, i cannot play with one specific friend but its fine with everyone else. I have not changed internet or nothing.

    I am having problems connecting to a party, private chat, or game to a certain friend.

    Greetings, LittleVT! Are you only encountering this problem with the one friend? Which titles have you had trouble with? Is it only one specific game, or does it happen no matter what you're playing? Thanks for the clarification!

    This was a known issue with the service which should be resolved now; if you
    remove your profile     from the console, then power cycle the console, and sign back in after that, do you still see any issue?

    the problem is because of the NAT that should be set to open on both consoles, unless either of them has some restriction on the multiplayer side of some game, which they should or should have notified the offender, but I would bet that it is NAT problem
