Problem with one particular friend.

Hello ,

I have a friend , who has been in my friend list since a long time , like 2012-13 onwards.

Suddenly he is not my friend anymore , doeat show up in my friend list.

I am aunabke to add him as a friend. Xbox live gives me error "We are unable to save your changes at the moment".

This error and issue is with only this one friend. I am able add and remove other players without issues.

Same behaviour on xbox app on my android phone.

How can i fix it ?

Hello,

Is this issue happening when you send the friend request to several xbox players or a particular one? If this is a player in particular probably the problem is with their account (account no more exists or the player has blocked friend's requests)

I get this message when I try to join one friend in particular. All my other friends join him and me just fine. I know for a fact he has connection problems. We've tried resetting our router settings. Can someone help?

I'm having the same problem as OP. i have gold. can join anyone and anyone can join me except one friend in particular . We were playing with each other monday and it kicked me. and ever sense we cannot join each other
