Problem with new series x

    Problem with new series x


    Just upgraded to a series x it came with horizon 5 and I bought horizon 4 on the Microsoft store.

    My problem is when I go to play the game it loads fine when you get to start of playing it goes from image to black screen continuous to the point you have to turn the console off by hand

    I still have my Xbox one console connected and the game plays fine on that. After parting with almost £500 to say I'm unhappy is being polite.

    Any help please

    Why is my Xbox Series X crashing on high quality Games.

    So I ended up purchasing a new Xbox. I purchased a series S for the time being. I have sold the Series X, before selling the issue still persisted. After buying a new series S the problem no longer is an issue for me. I am still looking to buy a new series X in the near future in hopes of the problem to be resolved. Thank you for you assistance.

    DLC and add-ons are linked to your account so as long as you can play the games on the new Xbox one series x then it shouldn't be a problem. Xbox had said that the Series X will be backward compatible so it is great!

    Yes! With the new xbox series X Xbox will be realesing all there games with these consols included Xbox 360,Xbox One s and X and ofcourse the new console So no need to buy a new consol unless theres a problem.
