problem with netflix and my application blue ray

hi since your problem of the 1 november 2018 i can t seem to load my netflix and my blue ray don t work anymore to can someone tell me why ?

i'm having the same problem but it also includes Netflix Blu-ray and 4 k Blu-ray movies

 

bought first blu ray disks (3D) and they do not work.

Please note, my blu ray application is updated.

Sorry to hear about apps not working.There could be many reasons as to why they are not working correctly, the most common one is corrupt apps. We recommend to

Power cycle the console. If that still doesn't work you can uninstall both apps and then reinstall them.

ive try what youve said and its still not working that said to verify with the service xbox live at Xbox One Support | Xbox 360 Support | Xbox Live and Billing Support and there is no error code and like i said its since the 1 november because before everything fonctionning corretly but not anymore

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this problem watching Netflix and movies.

I would say that if you are having difficulty with these apps, it would be a good idea to try uninstalling and then reinstalling the applications themselves.

Give that a shot and see if that helps.

If they don't launch even after reinstalling, then the next thing that I'd try is a soft reset of your console.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games and apps.
