    Problem with myvip gems


    On March 7 I made a change of gems of MyVIP Vault for 10000 credits and will not let me deposit them in my xbox account, it has passed on the 15th and I do not have an account in my xbox account, I currently have 10,750 credits and do not let them deposit
    them do not make advance

    my vip gem rewards codes still not recived

    I redeemed another 100 points on GWENT 2 Card Kegs -100 MyVIP Gems

    using my main Xbox email address and received the code & code worked

    I used my Xbox alternate email address with the other three redeemed items

    04/13/2018 GWENT 2 Card Kegs -100 MyVIP Gems REDEEMED

    04/07/2018 Forza Motorsport 7 Driver Gear -100 MyVIP Gems REDEEMED

    04/07/2018 3-Month Xbox Live Gold Subscription -1,000 MyVIP Gems REDEEMED

    when can i expect some support to help with my problem it has been nearly three weeks since i first posted on this "support" forum

    Problem with myvip gems

    Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. So they are
    scheduled to be deposited with the end of the month deposit which will take place on the 29th.

    Unfortunately, since the program has ended in your region, you can no longer spend Gems or use the MyVIP Vault. As stated in the transition FAQ:

    What will happen to my Xbox Live Rewards MyVIP Gems, MyVIP Perks, and MyVIP Vault?You’ll have until May 31, 2018 to earn MyVIP Gems and unlock any new MyVIP Perks. You’ll then have until June 15, 2018 to claim any open MyVIP Perks and to redeem any unused
    MyVIP Gems in your Xbox Live Rewards account for prizes from the MyVIP Vault. After this date any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalog once your membership
    is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point.
