Problem with my xbox one

Hello ! It's been several days since I have a problem with my xbox one. In the beginning, the reaction of my xbox was slow then comes the moment or I want to start a game. But or after a while a error message appears: "For some unknown reason the start
of the game was too long. 0x8027025a). " I did not understand so I decided to go to the help tab. But same thing, the same error message. I therefore undertake to find a solution on the internet. First on the Xbox support, or they say to empty the cache or
reboot the console, which I do. But nothing new except that I am disconnecting from my account. While I try to connect myself same error message. I spend several hours trying to find a solution. And there comes a time when I disable the internet and try to
connect. I get there, so I decide to reactivate the internet to connect to xbox live. Once done, I am automatically disconnected and can not log in to my account anymore. Since I left unplugged my console all night. The next day no change. I read on a forum
to delete his account on the xbox to reinstall. After that I try to add my account again but instead of the error message, I have a black screen with an endless loading. I do not know what to do, could you help me? please ?

I can not open anything without an error message, other than the settings.

So this isn't really to the console but I have no xbox live gold on my account, it ran out, so I bought a 12 Month Gold membership and all it says is I already have a gold membership which makes no sense because it won't let me play online and my gold did
run out.....I need help

An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account explaining why your console is banned.

You can also log in here
enforcement.xbox.com/Home to see any enforcement action on your account although i'm not 100% sure if console bans show up there.

Is it possible that someone else is using your console when you're away?
