    Problem with my xbox One S, it turn off alone


    Hello, I have a problem with my Xbox One S. For 2, 3 days my console turns off all alone after 1 hour of play. I tried to turn it off, unplug it for an hour but nothing to do, it starts again.

    So, as my console is still under warranty, I would like to exchange it.

    I'm sorry to hear that the Xbox turns off on its own.

    On our
    Device Services     Page it tends to allow for customers to register the devices.

    In cases like this where it won't allow to register the device, I would recommend to contact

    Live Support     so they can assist with registering your Xbox to check the warranty.

    Just be ready to provide the Serial Number(SN) located on the
    back of the Xbox and/or Settings!
