Problem with my xbox notifications

Discus and support Problem with my xbox notifications in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; i dont know if any of you guys have the same issue but the characters in my notifcations only are like this (ĥì ĝúÿš) anyone know any fixes? submitted...     i dont know if any of you guys have the same issue but the characters in my notifcations only are like this (ĥì ĝúÿš) anyone know any fixes?

    Game DVR not saving clips.

    I am also having this problem, last night I had saved a bunch of EPIC titanfall clips but they are no longer there. In the notification is shows the clip notification but they are absent from my xbox one.

    I think the notification pop- up problem is fixed because a while ago today, I play Zheroes and unlocked two achievements and I got the pop up notification. I though it was a fluke at first so I turn off my Xbox One and waited for an hour. After an hour
    pasted, I started playing NS4 and I unlocked eight achievements with pop up notifications.

    I don't know if this fix permanent or It just working today or it just working for my Xbox One, but think the problem with notification is finally over (until the next title update).

    Thanks for the reply...my notifications are enabled and i did the power cycle with no luck....maybe its a server problem with the xbox live..

    Notifications Problems..

    I am having a similar problem. My Xbox Live is no longer telling me when people sign on. I get notifications when someone sends me a message but specifically when someone signs online, no notification will come up.
