Problem with my Xbox live Rewards

I've received a mail from Xbox live rewards about a problem to transfert my credits.

I have not the button under "rewards sold" to transfert my "rewards points" to "microsoft credits".

hello , my problem is that I changed my email on my xbox live account , so that when I try to enter my xbox live rewards account with my new email can not I go ? 's when I go into my xbox live rewards account with my old email usually goes ! to change the email from xbox live rewards for my next email in my live account ??

Account needs updating?

My xbox live rewards account says that my account needs updating. I'm not sure why. Ive purchased numerous games in the past month with no problem and my credit card is current. If you could correct the problem so I can have my reward points deposited into
my xbox live account. Thank you

Hi Lord Liante. There is an issue with your Microsoft account that is preventing us from making a successful deposit. Your current billable account is not set as the primary account in your Microsoft Account. This issue has been escalated and we will continue

Hi there, I have the same problem....

I bought my first xbox in us, moved back from US to czech republic in europe, I´m xbox live rewards member, so if I migrate my account to CZ, I´ll lose my rewards membership, right? And I will probably lose some of my downloaded content?

I recently upgraded to gold but my rewards account wasn't recognizing it. So I haven't received points or credit for anything I've been doing for about a week. So, I contacted Xbox Live Rewards and they said there is a problem with my live account itself
that needs fixed first before they can fix my rewards. They did not know what nor say anything else besides that.
