    Hello good afternoon, I have a problem with my xbox live gold suscription, you sended me a mail with the confirmation of the pay of my suscription, but now i can´t have acces to the service, so... what happen?? thanks for your time!!!

    Error getting access ingame gold features with active suscription

    Hello,

    I have an active live gold suscription, 1 week ago.

    I was playing to Destiny 2 gold suscription features like playing crucible or strike matchmaking but yesterday it appear disabled to me asking me to buy new gold suscription.

    I already do this things with no solution:

    - Reset my xbox

    - Switch to another profile

    - Reset my internet network

    - Check my suscriptions on my xbox (seems ok)

    - Check my suscriptions on xbox web (seems ok)

    - Asked on reddit, discord, bungie forum, twitter ... and got no solution

    Already have no solution and I think there is a problem with my account or something.

    Could you please...

    - ¿Check my xbox live gold suscription?

    - ¿Check with Bungie that my account is fine?

    Problem with my XBOX Gold Suscription

    Hi there,

    be sure to check http://account.microsoft.com/services to see if the Gold subscription is showing there.

    If it's not showing there then check the transactions section on that same page to see if that tells you a reason what happened

    if it does show the Subscription then try the following steps

    Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)

    Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:
    Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    Redownload your profile

    If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at

    they can do a more indepth look into this issue.
