Problem with My VIP and Punch Card

Hello there, hopefully someone can help me.

First of all I have a question regarding the punch card for on-demand pre-orders. I got only one punch but ordered 3 games via the store. I ordered South Park on 5th Oct and Assassins Creed + Mordor on 12th Jun. Did i get just one punch because I ordered
the other two "too" early? That would be pretty f**ked up. That's not what "For Fans" means.

The second thing is: I have MyVip Rank 4, but neither of the aforementioned games is listed as "cash back". Only the surveys are present.

Could you pleas have a look into this matter?

Support will check on the punch card, but preorders do not count towards VIP.

 

april play to earn vip rewards

i completed ally three punch cards but did not get my vip reward. I did get the free month of gold and the 800 ms points and my avatar item. Has anyone else that completed all three recieved their vip reward for april?

 

In order to qualify, purchases have to be made during the offer period. Since 2 of your preorders took place before the games on demand punchcard started on October 1, they would not be eligible.

Preorders do not count towards VIP.

Only purchases made during the offer period are eligible for the offer. Since two of your purchases were made before the offer had been created, they were not eligible. From the FAQ:

How do I earn Rewards with the Games on Demand Pre-Order Punchcard?



Earn 15,000 Rewards Credits and 5 MyVIP Gems when you pre-order three eligible (see descriptor in next question) digital Games on Demand titles in the Microsoft Store between October 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and December 31, 2017 23:59 UTC. You must pre-order
each game before its shown release date to qualify. Please note that retail Microsoft Store purchases do not apply. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time database to
determine local time.

Regarding MyVIP payback, pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP, and do not award payback. From the FAQ:

What content can I earn a % back on purchases for?

Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game
add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase
or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.
