Problem with my serial number

So, i want to send my controller to the repair service, but when i look my serial number on my controller, i have: numbers but also letters and when i enter the N/S, i can't enter him entirely because letters are not accepted and its impossible to contact
support service for that, so please, help me. My controller has problem and i need to send back.

Have you already registered your Xbox? I had a similar issue when trying to send my controller for repairs, before realizing you need to go through your registered Xbox to get to the accessories section. Here is the

OH MEN, you solved my problem, i had to click on my registered Xbox and then register my controller. Its not easy to understand how that work but i done it, thx u so much men (i'm French, sorry for my English)
