Discus and support Problem with my refund in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I got scammed by Microsoft with 2 game worth in total 20 euros.I made 2 refunds on 2 games,but they refund my games but didnt gave me my money back...     I got scammed by Microsoft with 2 game worth in total 20 euros.I made 2 refunds on 2 games,but they refund my games but didnt gave me my money back

    Hi EdiBadila, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Once the refund has been approved and already stated as "refunded" on your order history (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders), it will now depend on your bank on when they will credit back the money but it usually takes 5-7 business days.

    The money will be credited back to the original payment method that was used in buying the games.

    Well, the 6th was Friday so we are just about 1 working day after and the other one was today. You need to give it till the end of the week. The banking system works slow
