    Problem with my licenses


    Excuse me, I shared my licenses with my friends (3 times) and now I want to put my profile as the principal in my xbox one but I can't. I know that can be share only 3 times, but I committed the mistake of don't care about if my licenses at the end will
    be mine, I regret of did that, can someone help me? I don't care if take them off of my friends xd.

    Let's see.

    I bought a NEW XBOX and about two-three months later it started to have some failures.

    I call to customer service and it seems they sent me a "used" console.

    And, with my gamertag (Black616Flesh) i bought Dead Space 2 Severed, RE5 Gold, Alan Wake, etc.

    Two months later i changed my GT to paying 800 ms or something and i played every dlc without problems.

    The issue start when i got the new console, i put the same HDD on the "new" console that arrived at my house, and PLAF! none of my DLC or games on demand works....

    I'm tired of sending e-mail to customer service, because only bots respond "you must do the license transfer blablbalabl"

    Ouch. That's not good at all and you're not the only one experiencing this issue.

    Unfortunately Bungie is claiming that this is by design.

    Some people have said they've been able to access the content by logging in with the purchasing account as the main account then leaving it logged in while they use their account on another controller as the secondary account. Good luck.

    Here is the thing.

    In my country, calling to customer service is about 2 dolars per minute, so now i don't have the money to call.

    (in this case is better and cheap to buy all the content again, because when my console "died" i called to customer service and the bill was something like 25-30 dollars)

    That's why i tried to email them, or ask here.

    Anyway, i tried to play offline, and nothing :(

    Did you re-download everything? That is required in order to refresh the license. It won't take long as it will only download the updated license if you already have the content on your hard drive.
