    Problem with my Gold Subscription.


    Since the xbox server went down and came back up, I can't connect to xbox gold live. It tells me to buy a new subscription, but I have a current subscription...on autopay...does not expire until April 2019. I am under the home xBox account. I have tried
    power cycling and clearing MAC addresses. I do not want to buy another xbox gold subscription when I've already paid for one!!

    Problem with Gold subscription

    Hello,

    I have a serious problem with my Xbox Live Gold subscription. I will explain my situation in chronologic order :

    - On 7th of April 2017, I purchased the one month offer for 1€, and stopped the automatic subscription right after that.

    - On 25th of June 2017 (so, yesterday), I tried to purchase 3 months of Live (didn't connected to the Xbox One for 2 months), but my Credit Card had expired. I added a PayPal account, but everytime I wanted to pay, I had an error message saying to try again
    later. I rebooted my Xbox 3 times and tried several times before giving up.

    - I used a 2 days trial code I had with a game, it worked but I still didn't have access to Gold. Rebooted the Xbox again and tried to buy a 3 months offer again : I ended up on a page saying I owed 13,98€ for unpaid bills ... Could not understand why, since
    I stopped the subscription in April and nothing is worth 13,98€ anyway !

    - I had no choice but to pay these 13,98€, and then miracle, the Gold worked !

    - Today I'm checking my Xbox.com account, it says I bought TWICE 1 month subscription yesterday, while I tried only the 3 months offer and it DIDN'T WORK once.

    Here are the 13,98€ ! 6,99€ X2 ! But there are several problems :

    => I never wanted to pay 1 month, always tried the 3 months offer.

    => If I paid twice 1 months, I should have Gold for 2 months, but it's written only until the 24th of July !

    => Even worse : on my Xbox One "Subscriptions" menu, I see that I have Gold only ontil the 27th of June !

    I want to understand what is happening, and I absolutely want a refund for these 13,98€ that I should not have paid for a subscription I do not benefit.

    This situation is impossible and I hope that you can do something quickly to solve it.

    to see if the subscription is showing there.

    If the subscription shows, try the following steps

    1. Remove profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials for the account, since you will need them later)
    2. Perform the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

      http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console
    3. Redownload your profile

    ​ If these steps fail, then its best to contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at

    My subscription is showing.

    I deleted the gamer profile. Restarted. Downloaded the profile again, and my subscription still shows, but when I go to play a game...nope. Still says I need to buy xbox gold live.

    I have been waiting in queue for the support chat for hours and the number waiting will go down then back up. What is a phone number I can call? Because the one I found online just tells me to go to xbox.com/help. It's an endless loop.

  6. I am having the same problem for 2 days now, I have done the same with account but no better then I requested a phone back from support 2minutes time it said. 3 tries later and 2 hours still no phone call. I am at a loss.

    error the current profile is not allowed to play on xbox live

    In my case, the problem was the Gold subscription expired.

    The network test is required after re-activating the subscription
