Discus and support problem with my gems in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; you just need to go check my payments from when this started and how much i won here there is a difference of almost 200 gems and im counting almost...     you just need to go check my payments from when this started and how much i won here there is a difference of almost 200 gems and im counting almost only things like 49 not counting 49.99 for exemple so this isnt about waiting to get it i should have got
    them a long time ago

    you said i gt 263 and will get more when i spend 6 dollars the problem is that from november until now i should have got 384 points that you can see on my paymens

    Since October we only see purchases of:

    [table][tr][td]Forza Horizon 3 Standard Edition [/td][/tr][tr][td]Friday the 13th: The Game [/td][/tr][tr][td]Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege Advanced Edition [/td][/tr][tr][td]A Way Out [/td][/tr][tr][td]Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon® Wildlands - Deluxe Edition [/td][/tr][tr][td]Watch Dogs®2 - Deluxe Edition [/td][/tr][tr][td]RESIDENT EVIL 7 biohazard Gold Edition [/td][/tr][tr][td]DRAGON BALL FIGHTERZ - FighterZ Pass [/td][/tr][/table]

    You also had one avatar purchase that was not eligible for MyVIP Gems. We see that you also have multiple activities from a Euro currency account, which would not be eligible for Rewards.

    As mentioned in your previous posts, we see that your Gems from total spending is correct. As mentioned previously, we only award your Gems in groups of 10. We see that you have been awarded 260 Gems from your spending, out of 263.04 spending. As soon as
    you make a purchase of 6.96, you will receive another 10 Gems for your spending.

    I think I may also be having this same type of an problem since I just yesterday tried to use some of my gems too for an 250 Gem reward, no email for that one yet.

    5,000 Rewards Credits for 250 Gems ,

    but in any case I have yet to get an redeem email code for it, not really sure where I need to go for them to send me my code anyway, it sounds related to some of these problems report on this forum. I think it should convert the points to Microsoft rewards
    points correct, so I can use it on my xbox one, anyway if it was an direct $5 dollar deposit that would be fine, but I don't think its show up on my account yet. it sounds like their having problems with some of these 250 gem rewards , I used an 100 gem rewards
    also yesterday I got an email for that one, but not my 250 gem reward yet.

    Cant Collect Gems after 1st Character.

    What level are you? Gems starting too drop like level15-20 if I remeber correctly.

    Maybe potion you pickup thats you think is gems?

    Odd problem if it is gems you can pickup but not showing in inventory? (or cant pickup at all), as I not heard about this problem before
