    Problem with my forum profil


    hello guys,

    i joined the ambassador program in june 2022 and i just discovered the forums today. Back in the day i was a member of xbox live forums i remember you could see your gamertag, your xbox live orange statut and some other badges ... Everything seems to have change

    1/ cnt find the private ambassador forum

    2/ when i tried to edit the name with my gamertag baboushko a red line say already exist.

    3/ i should have the ambassador badge

    By the way im a member since 2012 and my profil say june 8 2022... The day i joined the ambassador,

    isn't that weird ? it should be an old profil since i was already posting on the xbox live forums since 2012.

    Still no improves, my profil still hasnt been fixed :(

    i joined xbox live in 2009 not june 2022 + the ambassador statut should be under my profil

    For the Ambassador issues, you'll want to email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff.

    As far as the other profile, all I can suggest is to make sure you're logging in with the correct information. Otherwise, the old profile may not have migrated over correctly when we moved to these forums.
