Problem with my Copy of FH3

Hello,

i bought the Game "Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition" on Monday, 18.06.2018, 01:15 CET.

At this Time there was an Offer for 50% of the ragular Price (at this Time for 13 Hours).

I payed the Price and downloaded the Game.

Then i played it for some Hours.

18:30 CET i wanted to play the game again but it says

"Forza Horizon 3 has been removed from your Device when you receive a refund."

I didnt have a refund and i dont want it, i want to play the Game, i've payed for.

Now the Offer is expired and im not willed to pay the regular Price.

I want to have my Game back please.

fh3 problem

I just paid 1 month xbox live. But when i play forza h 3 the online meny dosent work. What can i do?

 

Only Have Played Forza Horizon, Never Motorsport

There is demo you can try it out. It is more Sim even though FH3 is quite realistic already. My problem with it, is the loading time. FH3 seems to load faster.

Best is to contact official support to see what has happened.

They can sort things out for you.

I'd select "Billing" as the issue type, and then "Other" for the specific issue as I don't think your exact issue is listed there. Lastly, select "Chat with Xbox Support." Hope that helps!
