    Problem with my balance


    Good afternoon

    Last month there was an offer consisting of spending $30 on content for free games. Spend that amount and even more and still I have not given my credits, I hope that please I can deposit the credits that I need. Or at least give me a solution

    Cannot buy with Microsoft balance money

    My friend has over 150$ on his Microsoft balance and he is unable to buy anything with his balance but he can buy with his credit card... When he try to buy with his balance, he get this message:

    "There's a problem with your account. To fix the problem, go to
    https://account.live.com    . Alternatively, choose a different payment method."

    What can he do this fix this problem?

    commerce.microsoft.com shows a balance of $11.60 CAD. The Avatar Store shows a balance of $1.74 CAD. Pretty sure there's a problem with my account...

    56 days and counting.

    It can take us up to 96 hours to process and receive new purchase information. We see that those purchases were processed today, and the Credits for that offer are now pending on your MyRewards page.

    It can take us up to 96 hours to process and receive new purchase information. We see that those purchases were processed today, and the Credits for that offer are now pending on your MyRewards page.

    Yes I understand, but the problem is that my balance is not showing up when purchasing the robux. Is there a way to add my Microsoft balance somehow?

    Balance problem

    Sometimes you might have to wait 24 hours for the correct balance amount to show up. Or you can go into an xbox 360 game that has the option to visit the xbox marketplace. Find some dlc to buy. When it wants you to confirm the purchase there should
    be an option to change payment type. From there you should see your actual account balance. Exit out the xbox 360 game and go back to the xbox store to see if the ammount has corrected.
