problem with my advertisements

I have got a problem with my advertisement I have had the same ones for the less few mouths I have tried downloading my account tried resting the updates but I still have the same adverts. I can not see the deals for gold. but on my other account I can see
them it is just on my main one that I am having the problem with. the person I was talking to was called Ivan and he has give me a reference number upon the conversation. number is [Mod Removed]

The daily puzzles don't work because the advertisment does not come through.

I like to make the daily puzzles but there is a problem with the advertisements. So as from January 1st I cannot play my daily puzzles.

To clarify,
Deals with Gold seems to not be up-to-date when you sign on to Xbox Live via the Xbox 360 console?

Where on the Xbox 360 dashboard are you looking to see the Deals with Gold advertisement?

I suggest, if you haven't already, navigating to the games section on the Xbox Live dashboard and clicking the
Browse Games tile. From within featured, there should be a
More with Gold tile which is where you should find up-to-date advertisements for both Games with Gold and Deals with Gold.

no that's not it even when I go one to browse games I can not see gold games the adv have been they for a few mouths and none of them have changed

I would next suggest to try these steps below to see if we can get the
Deals with Gold to display up-to-date content:

• Delete your profile, only. (Or move your profile to a
  USB drive then delete the profile on the console.)

• Keep in mind, the profile on the USB is just a back-up version.

• Clear your cache three times.
  
• Restart your console.
• Then, re-download your profile (not from the USB)
