    Problem With My Account


    I have never had this problem before until now. I logged on to go play minecraft with my little cousin and apparently my cousin was not able to join my game. I went to go on the multiplayer settings in the game and I was not able to access it because of
    how my account was set up on microsoft. In the microsoft family thing, I was identified as a child even though it said I was 18 years old and that I was unrestricted from anything. Basically stating that I was able to invite friends to games and play online
    with other people. But now I can not and I went on my dads account to fix it and I have saved everything and logged out of the account and logged back in like it said to and it still did not work. I removed myself from the family and added myself back in as
    an adult as it should be and I was able to access my privacy, saved all of my allows and blocks, logged out and logged back in, and still is not working. I am unable to play multiplayer on minecraft and I am unable to invite people to join my game. I am in
    serious need of help and the online robot was unable to help me at all.

    If anybody knows how to fix it please help me!

    Problem with my account

    Hello EmanueleL89,

    We can only deposit Rewards Credits into a Microsoft payment instrument. Since you do not have any Microsoft payment accounts available, we cannot complete a deposit of Rewards Credits as currency. We cannot deposit into other payment instruments like paypal
    or credit cards. This is outlined in the FAQ:

    How do I make sure my Microsoft account is properly set up to receive Xbox Live Rewards deposits?



    In order to receive deposits in the form of your country's local currency, your Microsoft account must be transitioned to currency. As long as you have a billing address on file in your account,
    you simply need to redeem an Xbox gift card, a Microsoft Points card, or a Microsoft Points code with your Microsoft account to begin your account transition.

    If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
    to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog.
