Problem with my account and want to get it back

Recently I had a problem with my account so I try to fix it but with Microsoft, but Microsoft tell me to create a new account and start again with a fresh start, the problem is that in that account I have all my games and progress in the xbox and all related
to that email.

I want to know if it is possible to recover that account or if that isn´t possible at least transfer all my xbox games and progress to my new account.

This is another account, not the one I want to recover.

gamertag problem please help

my problem is i want this name put on my main account but when i tried it with my other account C 7 i couldn't get it back and i dont want the same thing to happen with this name please help

I've sold my Xbox years ago and then I wanted one again but this time I can't remember my e-mail I had. My Microsoft account that I am using right now should be the one that my Xbox profile should be affiliated with but nope instead it tells me to create
a new account so ... I tried to see with other e-mails that I could have used in the past none have worked btw my account is ZeD Geek even though you won't accept just with the Gamertag. HELP PLEASE.
