    Hello, I am writing this message to report an important problem on my Xbox one. I

    use my two-week Gorld code to play online, but despite the fact that

    the Xbox Walk tells me I'm connected, I can not play online yet I did

    I resolved my problem with the support of "abonnement-xbox-live.com". The problem was that they sent me a code for brasil of something, not correct for Europe, so they sent me another and it's ok.

    Hello Xbox Team,

    i have a Xbox Live Account a couple of years. I renew my Account by Code Cards (vouchers). Now i have bought a 6 month Card and click renew my Account. Now i have two Xbox Live Abonnements! Can you fix the Problem and put the 6 month on my "old" Abonnement?

    Hi there,

    please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait until the power supply light turns and remains orange for at least 30 seconds before powering on again:
    Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    if that fails try the following steps:

    1. Remove the profile from the console (Make sure you know the account credentials since you will need them to download the profile at a later step)
    2. Power cycle the console like mentioned before
    3. Download your profile again
    If these steps fail too, then it's best to contact Xbox Support via
    http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
