    Problem with my 1-year suscription


    Hello, I have already buy a 1-year suscription for xbox live, but I have a problem:

    I don't have the rights of gold, It is supossed that I have my suscription all right but I can't play or use the advantages of xbox live gold, so actually it's like I hadn't buy anything... I don't know what's wrong with it... Could you help me, please?


    My gamertag is , in case you need it. I hope you could help me soon, because I would like to use my suscription and my rights tonight to can play my favourite games.

    Error getting access ingame gold features with active suscription

    Hello,

    I have an active live gold suscription, 1 week ago.

    I was playing to Destiny 2 gold suscription features like playing crucible or strike matchmaking but yesterday it appear disabled to me asking me to buy new gold suscription.

    I already do this things with no solution:

    - Reset my xbox

    - Switch to another profile

    - Reset my internet network

    - Check my suscriptions on my xbox (seems ok)

    - Check my suscriptions on xbox web (seems ok)

    - Asked on reddit, discord, bungie forum, twitter ... and got no solution

    Already have no solution and I think there is a problem with my account or something.

    Could you please...

    - ¿Check my xbox live gold suscription?

    - ¿Check with Bungie that my account is fine?

    I want to cancel, but its already paid

    I totally forgot that my suscription to games with gold renew itself, so it did automatically, but I just wanted to had one year of the thing, now as said before, it renew and the $.60 have being used to pay the suscription.

    How can I cancel the service and get my money back?

    Suscription problem

    Hi!

    Check in the "Subscriptions" section of your console if the service is active. Otherwise, try deleting your profile from the console and re-download it again. Also check in the
    security settings if "Join multiplayer games" option is set to "Allow".

    What happens to my xbox live gold account AFTER the Game Pass Ultimate expires?

    Yeah. Maybe Microsoft was not so specific, but, from my experience it is like this.

    I had " years and a half of Game Pass and six months of Gold, when I turned to Ultimate, it was like a plus of the last mentioned suscriptions to Ultimate.

    FYI, Ultimate is another suscription type, so that works different. Don't fear.

    Just cancelled my game pass suscription. This problem has existed for more than a year, and still nothing has been done to solve it. Here we are, mad that we can't play a game that we should be able based on the service that we pay for, but we can't.

    Nothing from Microsoft. Dead silence over this issue for a year.
