    Problem with migration ( Minecraft)


    Hello!

    so, I have a problem with migrating my Minecraft account to Microsoft. When I do all the steps, I come to this page where I tells me to verify that i’am not a robot, and I do these little picture things. And it just doesn’t verify it, it keeps giving me these pictures over and over again, and I do them properly. And I’m just kinda stuck there. Really frustrating and annoying.

    Does someone have or had the same problem as me? If so, I could really use some help.

    The email address already existed and I could log in to it but I don't have access to minecraft.

    I appreciate the detailed information and your efforts in getting this sorted out. You've mentioned that you may have accidentally deleted the Microsoft account linked to your Mojang account and in this case, it would be best to have it checked and validated through Mojang by submitting the form here:
