    Problem with Microsoft Sudoku


    Sudoku keeps looping back to start screen -- will not open any daily challenges nor sudoku games. Has been doing this for at least 4 days now.

    Problems logging in to Xbox with Microsoft Sudoku

    Anyone else having problems logging in to Microsoft Sudoku. No problem with Solitaire Collection or Word Games but cannot login with Sudoku. Have already uninstalled and reinstalled twice but no success

    Problems signing into Microsoft Suduko

    I've had problems signing into Microsoft Sudoku, keeps saying problems connecting to Xbox, check connections and try again.

    Problem started yesterday (23/1/18). Ok for solitaire and jigsaw. Then today got this message

    January 24, 2018

    It came up in the ! News for Microsoft Sudoku box. I tried looking up the code but it didn't have it on the support site.

    Difficulties logging into Microsoft Sudoku

    I've had exactly same problem that started yesterday too (23/1/18). Ok for solitaire but getting same connection problem messages. Then today got this message

    There was a problem downloading game data for Microsoft Sudoku. Please check the Microsoft Sudoku FAQ at and refer to error code 000021
    It came up in the ! News for Microsoft Sudoku box. I tried looking up the code but it didn't have it on the support site.

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. Sorry for the issue you are experiencing. We recommend to go on the Microsoft casual games
    community    . Towards the bottom you will see their Facebook page and they ask to post there. There is also a support
    site     for the casual games you can look over also. Here is the casual games FAQ too.

    Problem with access to Sudoku

    I have the exact same problem. I have uninstalled & reinstalled with no result. I can click on the green xbox button in the upper right hand corner of Sudoku and be signed into xbox without any problem. I can exit Sudoku, sign into xbox, and punch the
    "play Sudoku" button, which initiates Sudoku, but Sudoku still says it cannot connect to xbox.

    I have on a couple of occasions seen a message momentarily when I first initiate Sudoku that seems to imply that this is a new version of Sudoku and you don't have to sign into xbox to play it. But then I don't have any history
    of my playing Sudoku over the past 4 years. The message disappears before I can study it. Is there a new version of Sudoku that is causing my problem?
