  1. Problem with Microsoft Solitare Collection


    Calendar in Daily Challenges is not right. I have completed all challenges as of today 7/6/2018 but is showing 7/1, 7/5, and 7/6 as being incomplete. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but that did not resolve the issue. I am playing on a Windows
    10 PC with the latest updates installed. I have also tried replaying all challenges again but still not showing as complete.

    Playing as quest

    Everytime i turn my computer off then back on microsoft solitare collection goes back to original from Microsoft solitare collection ,I use jumbo, never had this problem until update windows 10 version 1803. Pleas help

    Microsoft Solitaire Games - No Ads not working

    No problem at all. This link will take you to a page that details what is included in the Microsoft Solitare Collection: Microsoft Casual Games

    In order to receive no ads when playing, you have to purchase the premium subscription for the entire collection or for whichever game you'd like to not have ads in.

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your MS Solitaire collection. Since you've already paid for the premium, and now are not seeing that rating since reinstallation of the game, I
    recommend that you ensure that you're signing into the game with the exact same credentials as you had prior to removing the game from your computer.

    You can
    view your purchase history
    in your account to ensure that the payment/purchase for that access is listed there:

    1. Sign in to the
      Payment & billing
      page with your Microsoft account.

      Note If you don't know your Microsoft account email address or password, use the
      Lost Account Solution
      or the
      Lost Password Solution
      .
    2. Compare your purchase history to your bank or credit card statement.

    If you do not see that purchase listed in the account, then you may have made the purchase under a different Microsoft Account. If you're unsure about whether or not you have a different MS Account, you can always
    request a call back from Xbox Support and they'd be happy to help you out with finding that information, if possible.

    Give this a try and let us know the results.
