Problem with Microsoft account and minecraft

If this is minecraft pocket edition this is a mojang problem and not your microsoft account

my microsoft account isnt the problem, its my minecraft. my microsoft account is telling me i dont own minecraft and telling me to buy it when i used this exact email and gamertag before. i dont know what happened to the minecraft account but i was hoping to get it linked back to my microsoft account

Yes I filled out that form and received an email back saying the information was not enough to recovery the account. The problem is Microsoft does not recognize Minecraft accounts and Minecraft can’t help with accounts because of the migration. I asked Microsoft if they can get us a Minecraft credit so he can download Minecraft again and create a new account but no response.

Based on your description, you might have been attempting to sign in to a different Microsoft account. You will need to know the exact email address associated with your Microsoft account where you have redeemed your Minecraft Java and bedrock editions.

Try to sign in to your other email addresses on account.microsoft.com > then go to payment and billing > order history > select Nov 3 and check if the redeemed Minecraft codes are showing there in order to find the Microsoft account associated with your Minecraft.

If the code transaction shows up, use the same account to sign in to the Minecraft launcher.

However, if you're able to find the email address but are unable to sign in to the account, it might be possible that your account was hacked.

I know... But the problem is that I deleted the basic email from the account so which means that there is only the new email (the one after modification) that is saved on the account. During the recovery process, I am asked for the email of the account to be recovered except that there is no longer the backup email which is the old email address and that I remember the new email ... So I'd really have to talk to Microsoft about this but I don't know where to contact them to talk about that type of problems...
