Problem with matchmaking?

Played for a few hours today, different times... my over-all win loss ratio is about 65% in the green, mostly playing Attrition... today, out of about 40 games, my team won 10... I was usually in the top three most games, doing decently... not heroic, but
decent... but the players below me were just flat, hardly scoring any Attrition points at all... I know you occasionally get saddled with lame team mates, but today was unusual... No matter how hard I tried I could not single handedly win a game for my team,
as the other players sunk the match every time... tried different lobbies, same result... MY K/D is the same, my load outs are the same... even if I was having a terrible day, the odds are that I would still end up on a winning team roughly 50% of the time...
but today it seems like no matter what team I am on, even after the lobby reshuffle, no matter how high I score, my team still loses... weird? Anyone else? Have them tweaked the matchmaking system again, for the worse?

Problem with profile

Right,When i go into My Account,underneath my gamertag it says Sarah in small writing which is my girlfriends name,i think my account used to be connected to her Email address as it was her internet provider that i was using but now its connected to my Email
but still says her name under my gamertag,which looks kinda daft.I've been into edit profile and all that but there is no option to change this.Any help would be much appreciated.Thanks.

Problem with sky

the thing is have you tried asking anyone in a repair store because I was trying to sign in to sky but every time I

try it said the password was invalid and when I asked they helped.

Match making for me has been terrible since they went to skill based. Getting teamed up with horrible players repeatedly, playing entire games short handed because it can't add players, long wait times while trying to find a game. Just horrible all around.
I wish they'd go back

The devs can use all the matchmaking things they want to, like skill, Regionbased, Ping, etc, but people joining lobbies in parties throws it all out the window.

Well, in that case you can try shutting down some of those other connections, or do as Mister Gwyther suggested and try an ethernet connection. Totam, try recovering your Gamertag to see if that resolves the issue.
