Problem with Mass Effect 2

Hello, I have an issue with Games with Gold Mass Effect 2. I want to buy and play this game which you just put on Games with Gold for Xbox 360, problem is I cannot download any of the DLC which has been previously for download. I know it is and old game
and Xbox 360 is not that much supported like Xbox One but I really want to play it with all DLC and achievements. I've seen the DLC are avalible on US market so I just beg you if you could add DLC to the Czech market as well so I can buy it all.

importing mass effect 2 charactor into mass effect 3

Hi,anyone else out there having this prpoblem too.I have played all mass effect games on my hard drive and had no problem doing mass eff 1 to mass eff 2.But when it comes to doing mass effect 2 to 3,I dont even get the option to import my charactor.so what
am I doing wrong.ANYONE SOLVED THIS PROBLEM.

How To Change Weapon?

That doesn't work with Mass Effect 1 unfortunately. It was a new feature introduced with Mass Effect 2.

We certainly understand the frustration about that but we're afraid that the DLC add-ons for

Mass Effect 2 are not available in Czech Republic as sales and offers are subject to change by region.

If this is something you'd like to see added in the future, please share that with us at
Xbox Feedback and you may also wish to write to the publisher of Mass Effect via the

contact form from EA letting them know about this as well.

Hi, thanks for your help, I will definitely write them both but is there any other way? I love Mass Effect and forgot I don't have Mass Effect 2 on Xbox. I bought the most expensive collector edition of Mass Effect 3 on day one but before I played it on
PC so that's why I forgot. I really want to finish the game but I don't want to have unfinished achievements in it.

So if there is some other way then just home EA will do something I would be really glad, Also a question why is there DLC to ME 3 and ME 1? It doesn't make any sense.

No problem Nio484. We definitely understand the frustration about that but we're afraid if the Mass Effect 2 DLC is not available for purchase in your region, the best bet would be to contact the publisher, EA for further clarification
on the game's availability by region.

 

Hi so I contacted EA, and the reason for the DLC not available on the store is there are no Czech subtitles for them. Is there any way to switch it on my Xbox to English so I can play them or is there a way to add the subtitles? I know
subtitles are ready for PC version so that should not have been that big of a problem to convert them right?

Hi Vaclav, we appreciate the update on this. Regarding the subtitles in Mass Effect 2, that would be something you'd want to ask the publisher EA about to see if they're able to provide further clarification. Xbox 360 Marketplace content is region locked
and subject to regional availability so we're unable to guarantee you'll be able to use the English version in this case.
