Problem with logging in to my Xbox account: Logging in to another with the same email.

It says that phone calls and chat do not apply for my lind of issue, and the solutions they present include logging in to the mail, thing I can’t do because everytime I try to log-in to said account it tells me that it’s going to send an email to some back-up accounts that have been created by the hacker, so I can’t log in. Maybe I can contact the xbox support telling them I hace another type of problem and then revealing what is really happening to me?

Hey, Thanks for taking time out of your day to answer. Thankfully i found a fix for it the problem was that i had another account with the same email logged in to my xbox so in order to fix it i had to remove that account in order to be able to log in.

I had the same problem and turning off the firewall didn't help. The problem was that I was logged in with another Microsoft account in the Microsoft Store. Make sure you are logged in with the same account as you are in the XBOX App (if you use it)

Yes I'm logged into the MS Store with the same account. Already rebooted several times (after logging out and logging in; tried logging with a different account, then re-logging with my main account) with no change. However if I log in with another account
only on Xbox app (keeping the other logged into windows and the store), I can play my games. However it forces me to play with new savegames because savegames are tied to the Account. So the problem still there
