    Problem with loading anything on the home screen dashboard things are slowly loading things...


    This issue has started occurring after the latest system update that went out for the Omega Ring this issue has been continuing for the last few days now. I have tried power cycling my console that didn’t didn’t fix the issue. so then I also tried aa speed test for my internet speed I’m getting 120 MBPS download speed so then I tried restarting my console this only temporarily fixes the issue with the slow loading issues with the home screen dashboard. I was also wondering if anyone else has been also been experiencing this same issue so I know that I’m not alone thanks for your support and positive feedback.

    yes, it's one of the last versions of the old model, I believe.

    So to be clear removing hard drive or using a different profile, doesn't change anything?

    It remains slow?

    Are there any usb flash drives connected?

    Hi, thanks for reply. Yes, I've already tried switching account and removing hard disk. As said, I've made some google search before posting, and tried every suggestion found.

    Hi there,

    Does the same thing occur when using a different profile (xbox live account)?

    Also try to see what happens when you remove the hard drive (if there is one to be removed) like mentioned here:

    support.xbox.com/.../add-remove-hard-drive

    Does it result in any change?

    These steps can help determine the cause of the problem

    Hi, thanks for reply. I had already tried cleaning system cache (searched the web before posting here) with no effect. As already said, I've also restored my console to factory settings, but the problem remains.
