    Problem with latest Insider Xbox update


    Insider Alpha Ahead and after the last update of August 21st (OS version 10.0.25931.1006) (rs_xbox_dev_flight.230815-2000) my Xbox Series X console no longer connects to wired or wireless internet, reporting a DHCP problem, since I reset to factory settings, change DNS, reinstall the OSU1 software and nothing has any effect, my internet is normal on all other devices and the console was also normal until the update, after installing it stopped connecting.

    I would like to know if anyone has any way to solve the problem or revert the last update. Thanks

    I was selected for the latest xbox insider update as well and I think thats what the problem is.

    Hello there, and thanks for being an Xbox Insider on PC! Can you confirm for me that you have the latest updates to the Insiders' version of the Xbox App installed? As in, when you go to the Microsoft Store, there's no additional updates pending for the Xbox app after the beginning of this month?

    So you're aware, this is a known issue that was being investigated in the preview versions of the Xbox app, and the latest updates to the Xbox app for Insiders included some fixes for the problem. If you have the latest updates, and you are still experiencing this problem, it is crucial that as an Insider you submit a bug report through the Xbox app so that our teams can continue to investigate and fix the problem.

    To submit a bug report from the Xbox app:

    1. Select your profile icon
    2. Select Feedback
    3. Select Report a Problem in the prompt that appears
    4. Complete the report in the Feedback Hub app when it's pulled up

    Are you in the insider program? If you are that’s the issue it isn’t your network the latest insider update broke nat types, I reported it as a problem and hoping it’s fixed in the next update
