Problem with Kinect Sensor on Xbox 360 , after system update

Hello everyone, today I downloaded the latest system update for my xbox 360, and after that, every time i start a game, the kinect sensor stops working. If i quit the game, the kinect works fine on the dashboard.

Can anybody help me?

Thanks for coming to the forums. We recommend to reset your Kinect sensors connection.

Reset your Kinect sensor’s connection

Turn off the console by pressing the Xbox button
 on the front of the console for 10 seconds.
Unplug the console's power, and then unplug the Kinect sensor from the console.
Plug the console power back in, and then press the
Xbox button  on your console to turn it on.
Plug the Kinect sensor into the back of the console and wait up to 2 minutes for it to be recognized.

Unfortunately, that didn´t work. I think it´s something at software level (Xbox 360 Operative System).

Any thing else to try, is welcome.

Try unplugging the Kinect sensor & usb plug, and clear the system cache TWICE. After that, plug everything back in. You should find that the Kinect is detected and that there is a new update available.

Kinect Setup on Xbox 360 will explain how to update the Kinect. If the Kinect is still not functioning correctly after updating it, the Kinect may need to be replaced. Be sure to let us know the results!

To play the Kinect games released on the Xbox 360, you will have to play them with an Xbox 360 console with the Xbox 360 Kinect Sensor.

The Kinect Sensors are not interchangeable between consoles (you cannot use One Sensor on Xbox 360, nor a 360 Sensor on Xbox One), as both Kinect Sensors have different, proprietary Kinect plugs, and the games are specifically programmed to use the exact Kinect
sensor on the console they were released on.
