    Hi,

    On August 15, 2020 Xbox charged my debit card for the preorder I've had on Insurgency: Sand Storm for Xbox 1 since forever, and they stated it would be available in 10 days, which is August 25.

    Yesterday I was able to download the game, however, it won't let me play! It keeps redirecting me to the store. I can't find it in the store. Has anyone else had this issue? I tried to contact Xbox, but they don't support games.

    Have I just paid for a game I can't even play?
