Problem With Insurgency: Sand Storm For Xbox 1

Hi,

On August 15, 2020 Xbox charged my debit card for the preorder I've had on Insurgency: Sand Storm for Xbox 1 since forever, and they stated it would be available in 10 days, which is August 25.

Yesterday I was able to download the game, however, it won't let me play! It keeps redirecting me to the store. I can't find it in the store. Has anyone else had this issue? I tried to contact Xbox, but they don't support games.

Have I just paid for a game I can't even play?

This game has been delayed several times now. I'm going to see if I can get a refund for my preorder honestly.

The game has been delayed and will release at a later date, (at a guess sometime 2021)

No new release date has been confirmed as of yet,

Since the purchase would be well outside of the timeline for a refund, you wouldn't be able to get the funds back.

Is your order status in your purchase history as ''completed''?

If it is ''completed'' clean your console's MAC and try again

Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address and Clear.
