Problem with Headphones on Xbox one joystick

Hi

I have been told in a micromania shop that our xbox one joystick purchased on your website on the 29th November 2017 (order number :

6461575568) could be replaced freely.

The problem is the headphones, fully compatible with microsoft product are not running anymore but does on a pc. It seems to be the jack of the joystick.

Can you tell us which the procedure to engage a replacement.

Xbox one controller vibrations

Hi!

I have a problem with my new Xbox One controller. I bought a controller 4N6-00002 with original Xbox cable and when i'm plug into controller any of my headphones joystick incessantly vibrates and when plug out it stop vibrates. I'm using Win 7.

You would need to contact an xbox support agent and provide proof of purchase with the purchase date visable to process any warranty claim if the device was indeed still in warranty

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

http://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

If that doesn't help then please double check the Chat and or Sound mixer settings on the console.

Also be sure to try and see what happens when using a different controller (joystick) or different headphones.

Is this the first time I see this problem, does the button you use to turn off the controller work perfectly during a game? (print screen, console options) already tried to sync the control again?

I perform a hard reset every couple of weeks and I don't experience those types of issues.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
