Problem with GwG Title "Knights of Pen and Paper Bundle"

Hello, I have a problem with the GwG title "Knights of Pen and Paper Bundle", which actually can only be downloaded from tomorrow, but which can still be activated in advance. Something went wrong with the licensing. The two games are now supposedly in
my possession, although they should be in the Games with Gold folder. But since I haven't bought the games, I should insert a DVD (0x803F8001). I could use some help now. Thanks.

this problem is known to Xbox Support. They're working on a fix. You can check the progress

Hey! This game is actually available with Games with Gold starting 4/16. You will need to wait just a bit longer to access. I'm really looking forward to checking this title out though!!

Same on my XBoxOneX. Software is installed properly and available in my library.

Toybox Turbo, which was available at the same time in Game with Gold (which is obviously part of my GamePass Ultimate) works fine

If i choose Knights of Pen&Paper I or II and press "Start", it redirects me to the bundle instead where only "manage" is available.

Then i get the same message like you, which is forcing me to buy or enter a DVD.

It seems that the individual games should work, but they are connected with the bundle. And the bundle is obviously not licenced until now.

In the past, there was a possibility to solve that within the webchat, but now i fear it takes much longer until Microsoft get hands on it :-(

I have the same problem. It's the third time who has problem with this. Knight of pen and paper bundle, Crysis trilogy with ea access and Red Faction II.
