    Problem with GTAV and account


    Hello, i'm just having a weird Problem and i'm seeking for help to find out what's going on. I have an account(this one) with GTAV. I installed the game on my console using this account about a week ago and the game worked. Yesterday the game suddendly came
    with this error:

    Beim Starten eines Xbox One Spiels wird Fehler 0x803F8001 angezeigt

    After deleting the game the game appears on my tiles and i can install it as you can see here:

    After the install i Keep getting this error:

    Where i go to the recent purchases of this account i can clearly see GTAV. What's wrong?

    Need friends for GTAV and/or Minecraft?

    Did your purchase this game on the same account, or was it purchased on a linked account and you had that as your Home account?

    The game was purchased on this account then i added this account to my Xbox one and set "no limits". It worked like a charm a week ago but then i got this message:

    support.xbox.com/.../insert-disc-purchase-digital

    I thought that maybe something was not ok so i deleted the game and noticed that it wasn't in the list of games ready to install but instead it showed up on my tiles. After re-installing the game i got another error telling me to login with the account that
    owns the game which is this one lol! i have no clue what's going on as when i go to the history of purchases of this account the purchase is quite clear as you can see here:

    Wonder what's the problem and why it worked a week ago but now it doesn't.

    Bro exactly my problem!!!

    In GTAV I got my garages and business the same as GTA Online (Cloudgaming).

    I had to transfer mu data to GTA Online.

    But now Im playing the original game, GTAV and I dont have the same bankaccount as in GTA Online.

    My character also wears different clothes so the same account (GTAV) is not merged with the GTAOnline account...

    Somebody have a good and intelligent response to this? Please dont come with a crappy, basic answer u copied from another post.

    Thank you Mister Cerb. Thee Elf, Deleting your game save data is entirely up to you but if it would solve the problem like it has for some users it might be worth it. Happy gaming and role on October 1st for GTA Online!!

    i am one of the unlucky masses. i have a 2006 or 2007 arcade or original xbox 360 and bought gta 5 and installed disc 1 and disc 2 would not work so the next day i replaced it and after many futile attempts the game worked fine over the weekend and today
    that disc stopped working. the problem i have been getting is not necessarily crashing or freeze as it will not load until it tried the clear cache trick which worked with the replacement. unfortunately, the first replacement did not work so i replaced it
    and the second replacement gave me the open tray/ play game error so now i have to replace it again. hopefully, Rock* fixes the issue soon and hopefully i can play the game again.
