problem with gears ultimate edition ,gears 3 special offer code not working.

i get gears of wars ultimate edition on release date . so i get the special promo about if u get it on release u get gears 2 . gears 3 and gears judgment ..i have gears 2 and gears judgment on the account but no gears 3. i spoke with a agent about this
and she give me a code for gears 3. but the code is not working. its giving me a error about region and language. my xbox in settings is in us region and english language,,,This code is the only one that does not work.. every other code is working, gold etc...the
guys from chat send me to here i need help! ..important thing my account is from us. i purchase gears of wars ultimate on the xbox store. im current living in costa rica.

GOW2 Not downloading to Xboxone

Purchased GOW Ultimate edition xbox one console in October. GOW edition xbox came with codes for gears ultimate edition along with downloads for gears 2 gears 3 and gears judgments. I have played gears ultimate edition, gears 3 and gears judgement completed
all campaigns and gears 2 still will not download. I think the code for it is broken any ideas how to fix gears 2 is my favorite in series and rly want to play.

That game is region locked. In order to download it, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where the game is available. Since Costa Rica is not a supported region, the game is not available for download there.

 

the guys from support told me u guys fix the problem. i have no problems with other codes gold or other games. this is crazy. they " guaranteed" to fix the problem. and also told me u guys fixed in the past, i need a solution. i purchase games befores also
redeemed codes by example halo five with my halo 5 xbox

Sorry, but there is no fix for that issue. There is no way around region locking.

Support here can help if there is an issue with the actual code, but in this case there is nothing wrong with the code itself.

And they don't know about individual downloads

Gears of war 3 is a confirmed region locked title and the only solution is your physical location

 

the issue isnt with the game or the code or the download it's your physical location
