Problem with Gaming, and Logging on some sites.

I have problem with gaming, and logging on some sites.

I wanted to play my favorite game Minecraft: Java edition, and if i tried to log in, it did say on right buttom like success. but it didn't really gave access to my account. i tried to log in to minecraft.net to see what's going on. and if i press sign in with microsoft, i didn't have access because my Brower telling me that this site is not available. so. i play another game like Roblox. and if i join the game i have like 100,000 ms slow ping (Latence). i searched on settings what is the problem with my connection. and i see on the Xbox Network that i have blocked Connecting to the server, and it did saying like Teredo is unable to qualify.

so that why i have Filter SmartScreen Probably off, because it did say to me Please connect to internet. and i did have access to some sites.

is there any way to fix the problem?

It says cannot sign in, but the other games have no problem signing in. Just started today. Had no trouble logging into this site.

Hi, the MS Reward site is active, you can just log in there. There are no problems here

I don't think it's an app problem, as when I tried to log in to my account from both the app or a web browser on both the Microsoft site and the Xbox site I get the same problem
